Syndrome Awareness Month in October and to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with
Down syndrome. This year, the Farrington Family was able to participate in two Buddy Walks here
in Phoenix. The first was with Sharing Down Syndrome Arizona and the second was with Down
Syndrome Network Arizona. We had a great time, and our team, Chelsea's Cheerleaders, was able
to raise about $1,500 that will be used to support the local programs here in Arizona as well as
national education, research and advocacy initiatives. For more information about the Buddy Walk
