On May 21, 2005, Ray Farrington, Jason's grandfather, passed away at the age of 92.  He lived an amazing life, having fought valiantly in World War II, including the Invasion of Normandy, The Battle of the Bulge, and the Crossing of the Rhine.  More importantly he raised five children and had, at the time of his death, 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.  Nearly everyone was able to make it to Grandpa's funeral, with the notable exception of Jacob Jensen, who was serving in Iraq.  Jacob sent a letter that was read at the service.
